We are a specialist insurance broker based on the south coast, working with clients across the whole of the UK who are involved in construction, land ownership and development.
Our focus is on arranging the right cover for people working in and around the construction industry, from individual self-builders and farmers undertaking projects on their own land through to estates developing new hospitality venues and developers managing multiple sites at once. We arrange a multitude of covers including public and employers liability, self-build liability, contract works and site insurance, land liability and vacant land cover, and professional indemnity for project managers. Construction and land-based risks can be complex, and the wrong cover or a gap in cover can have serious consequences.
Most of our advisers hold Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications and bring genuine experience of the sector, which means we can source cover from specialist insurers that are not available through standard comparison routes. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are members of the British Insurance Brokers Association.
When a new client contacts us, we begin with a consultation by phone, video call or face to face depending on location, and we work through a thorough fact find to understand the project and the risks involved before presenting clear options with honest explanations of what is and is not covered. We are well suited to clients with unusual or complex projects who want straightforward professional advice, and unlike a comparison website or a general insurance broker, we bring genuine sector knowledge to every enquiry.
